Why are prices shown at MRP if I get a discount?

MRP is shown so you can easily compare products and know the standard listed price. Once you place your order, our team applies the best available discount and confirms your final price directly on WhatsApp. Discounts can be up to 70% depending on the product and current offer.

Do I need to pay when I place my order?

No. Placing your order does not require advance payment. Our team first confirms your final discounted price on WhatsApp. You pay only after you approve the price.

Do you deliver outside West Bengal?

Yes. C3 Auto Care ships accessories to customers across India.

How is my order shipped?

Prepaid orders may be shipped through Tirupati Courier at free or nominal shipping cost. Orders requiring partial payment may be shipped through Shiprocket with an additional shipping charge depending on the location and order.

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. An unboxing video recorded before opening the package is required for damage, defect or incorrect-item claims.
